On Tap

Ever had a beer that tasted so good you could tell it was brewed from the heart? You’re about to.

Gridley Gold

4.4% ABV
$6 - Pint

Gridley GOLD is our single hop/single malt smash beer. This light lager brew comes in at 4.4% ABV and resembles some of your favorite light beers, but with a Funky Brew twist. Some have said that if you drink this beer on a nice warm day with Limp Bizkit playing in the background, you can feel the vibe of Melrose Place with Tim Bill and Dan Ziemer.

Tex on the Peach

7.8% ABV
$7 - Pint

This beer is an APA with a peach twist.  Not too heavy on the fruit, so it's got great balance.  It's been one of our most popular beers for years and still going strong.

Holy Mosaic

6.0% ABV
$7 - Pint

An IPA primarily hopped with Mosaic hops, hence the name.  Not too bitter, so a few of these on a nice summer day goes a long way.

Birddog Cream Ale

7.1% ABV
$7 - Pint

If you know, you know.  With a name steeped in Gridley tradition, it's gotta be good!  Hints of vanilla and a tad bit of hops, this has risen up the ranks in the taproom popularity.

Whiskey Barrel Stout

9.5% ABV
$9 - 12oz.

This stout is smooth and robust.  It's perfect on cold Midwest nights.

Served in a 12oz. portion only

Phil’s Bitter Thoughts

8.4% ABV
$9 - 12oz.

I renamed this classic IPA after a day of working with the man behind the name when we were renovating our brewery building.  It's hard to get a terse word out of our head brewer, but I managed to find a way with all the work I created for him here and there.  He said he was having some bitter thoughts and the name stuck!  If you like an IPA that's heavy on the hops, then have some bitter thoughts!  Just don't act on the them!
Served in 12oz. portion only

Princess Allison

5.8% ABV
$6 - Pint

This beer started out as a memorial to a dear friend whose favorite beer was a Raspberry Kolsch.  Philip took that inspiration and made it even better in our opinion and this has been a great addition to our permanent lineup.  It's a year-round favorite and a great way to maintain our memories of someone who meant a lot to our little community.

Red Charmer

5.2% ABV
$6 - Pint

Philip wanted to make a traditional Irish Red beer.  Ben wasn't too thrilled with the proposition, but customers said otherwise.  It's a great malty alternative when the hopped-up varieties aren't as appealing.

Wildflower Honey

8.5% ABV
$8 - 12oz.

This powerful ale is made with honey from Minnesota.  It's finished with some Galena and Citra hops that help give a little bite to the sweetness of the honey.

Served in 12oz. portion only

Angry Elf

9.5% ABV
$9 - 12 oz only

“Angry Elf” is a barrel aged brew made with dark malt, coffee, coconut, hints of peach brandy and pecan whiskey! This is certainly a fireside slow sipping brew that will warm you up on a cold winter’s night!

Spritzer Series

5.0% ABV
$5 - 12oz tall glass only

Our master tinkerer (my Dad) couldn't seem to remember they were called seltzers, so we call them spritzers for his sake.  With a variety of flavors (blueberry, pineapple, black cherry, mojito, white peach lemonade, P.O.G) and more to come you won't have a problem finding something refreshing on a hot summer day!

Funky Philsner

6.3% ABV
$7 - Pint

This beer is one of our best sellers. It’s a German-style light lager that is refreshing and yet not like any other “light” beer that you’ve ever tasted. Phillip, one of our brewers, made this beer for those wanting something like…regular beer. Although it has hit the mark for many, in our opinion, our beers will never be regular. Stay funky my friends!

Pylon Porter

4.3% ABV
$7 - Pint

This beer was a beer crafted by one of our bartenders and up-and-coming brewers, Sean Cornell. It is a very smooth, yet flavorful porter with notes of toasted coffee and chocolate. At 4.3% ABV, it’s very drinkable, yet checks out in flavor. Cheers to you, Sean!

Belgique

4% ABV
$6 - Pint

This beer was brewed with orange peel and coriander. The flavors in this are over the moon that inspired this crisp and refreshing wheat beer. Some may even say we elevated it. If you remember the “blue steel” look from the movie Zoolander, this is what that look would be if it were a beer. We call it Belgique.
